The Summer Reading Programme at Rodney Libraries is always a great success and this year is no exception. The programme runs for 5 weeks over the summer school holidays. Children signed up for the programme in December to discuss books they have been reading with librarians and learn how to use the library. At the end of the five weeks there is a party to celebrate completion of the programme.
AND THIS IS THE WEEK when we congratulate the more than 350 children who have been part of the programme this year by throwing them (and their families) a party with special invited storyteller Andy Wright. Here are the places and times for each library.
