"A Pinch and a Punch

for the first of the month". Welcome to November.

I was going to wax lyrical on the origins of the above saying, but that seems to be lost in the mists of time.

So instead I should probably talk about Movember. No - that is not a spelling error. November is now the month of the moustache.

Check out the Republic of Movember website which explains how clean shaven men grow moustaches all in support of mens health awareness and in particular prostrate cancer. If you see someone walking round sporting some stubble, give them some support.
