Wow - it's that time of the week already where we start thinking about what we can get up to in the weekend. Here's a quick run down of ideas that I know about, but I am sure there are more out there.

Some lucky contestants will be selected for the final show at Centrestage Orewa on Saturday 28th June with $2,000 worth of prizes up for grabs
New Zealand String Quartet Heartland Tour

Winter Sports
The winter sports season is in full operation. If you don't want to (or have to) rise early to support all the kids of the district who are running the fields and courts, why not head along in the afternoons to support those of us that are more mature (and should know better). We need all the support we can get too. Check out the times for your local sports by listening to the local radio, checking the local paper or contact a club direct. The North Harbour Sports website has a comprehensive list of sports and clubs around the Rodney and North Shore districts.
Whatever you do this weekend, keep smiling, be safe and see you all back here on Monday.
