I'v had glowing reports in from Whangaparaoa Library who hosted the first Starfish Magic "Pied Popstar" performance last Friday night.
100 children (and their parents) took part in the performance workshop with dancing, singing, cool costumes, live music and lots of fun.
This week it is the turn of the Orewa Library. Children from 3 to 10 years old and their families are welcome to come along at 3.45 for this free event.
Other libraries will be visited as follows:
Mahurangi East library – Friday 6 August
Wellsford Community Centre (1 Matheson Road, Wellsford) – Friday 13 August
Kumeu library - Friday 20 August
All workshops commence at 3.45pm and run for one hour. The sessions are free and you don’t need to register in advance to attend these.
