Following on from one of yesterday's posts, Kiwis are passionate about their magazines. You only have to look in any news agency, bookshop, cafe or waiting room to realise the truth of this statement. And Kiwis are excellent at producing really good homegrown magazines for their readers, because we want to read about ourselves in relation to the world, as much as we read about the rest of the world.
Rodney Libraries can provide you with a wide selection of magazines to choose from. The important thing to note is that it is not just the magazines on the shelves of your local library that you get to choose from. Every Rodney Library has a different selection of magazines so that we can cover as wide a range of intersts as possible. So just like a book, just because you can't see it doesn't mean we haven't got it.
