To many the name Anne Perry simply refers to one of our popular authors of crime fiction. Others, however, will remember her by her former name Juliet Hulme. Over 50 years ago Juliet, together with her friend Pauline Parker, was convicted of the murder of Pauline's mother.
Now a documentary has been made and is being shown, initially in Wellington at the World Cinema Showcase. Anne Perry: Interiors is about her life in the village in Scotland and unlike other documentaries in the past, was made with her input and cooperation.
