International Friendship Group

Orewa library is hosting a talk by the New Zealand China Friendship Group who will speak about their objectives of promoting friendship, understanding and goodwill between people in both countries and their work to assist new migrants and visiting students to fit into life in New Zealand.
The event will be held on Tuesday 15 June at 2pm. Admission is free and afternoon tea will be provided. New migrants may be particularly interested in finding out more about the group and how it can assist them.

Staff at Orewa library are considering setting up a friendship group for international people living in Rodney, if there is sufficient interest in the idea. If you would like to join this group please contact Liz at Orewa library on 09 427 3917.
