Quick - there is still time to register for your Haka pack from North Harbour Sport so that you can be part of what will hopefully be the largest synchronised haka in the world.
It's all part of Push Play Day on Friday 2nd November. At 2pm at nominated venues around the Harbour area schools, sports teams, workplaces and whanau are encouraged to take part.

Get out there and get active people. It's lots of fun (and it was fun being talked into my first game of netball for ages last night. It's just the body today that feels a little jaded ... ha ha. Maybe I should just do something more often).
