Wow! What a fantastic night, complete with delicious food to nibble on. About 100 people attended the launch of "Feed Me Right" by Dee and Tamarin Pignéguy. Both talked of the importance of food in ensuring a healthy lifestyle. Special guest, Zella Roberts, (102!) told some stories of her life including how she cured her arthritis by changing what she ate. Damian Kristof (from TV's "Downsize Me!") talked about his personal experience with chronic fatigue. He was so impressed with the treatment he received from a naturopath that he changed his career and became one himself!
The book itself is easy to read with engaging cartoons which illustrate the sometimes complex ideas.
